Laoshi H.B. Muralidhara started his own journey of Qigong–Taichi in 2004 to address his personal health issue. He went to his good old martial teacher who taught him Qigong–Taichi.
Laoshi H.B. Muralidhara started his own journey of Qigong – Taichi in 2004 to address his minor personal health issue. He went to his good old martial teacher Sensei Subramanayan who taught him Qigong – Taichi. After diligently practicing it for three months, his lower back problem, left knee problem and dandruff disappeared while his poor digestion and low energy levels improved by leaps and bounds. From there on, he never looked back. He regularly practiced and attended annual Qigong – Taichi retreats conducted by his teacher. He got motivated enough after five years of sincere practice to upgrade his skill and knowledge. He spent 5 weeks of rigorous training at MY Zhineng Qigong (International) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in May 2009 under the supervision of many experienced instructors lead by Laoshi Patricia Wong, a direct student of Professor Pang. At the end of course after an assessment he received an International certification as an Instructor in Zhineng qigong.
He has also received formal training in CMC–37 Taichi Short Form since 2004 from Sensei Subramanyan, Bangalore, India. Sensei Subramanyan is the senior most taichi teacher in India with more than 25 years of experience in teaching and practising.
Ever since, Laoshi H.B.Muralidhara has been sharing his knowledge and experience with many people in Bombay to overcome their sicknesses. Some of his students include heart patients, school teachers, engineers, cancer patients, visually challenged adults and many healthy people who want to be healthier.
