Laoshi H.B. Muralidhara started his own journey of Qigong – Taichi in 2004 to address his minor personal health issue. He went to his good old martial teacher who taught him Taichi (Yang style short form of Cheng Mang Ching tradition). After diligently practicing it for three months, his lower back problem, left knee problem and dandruff disappeared while his poor digestion and low energy levels improved by leaps and bounds. From there on, he never looked back. He regularly practiced and attended annual taichi retreats conducted by his teacher. After five years of sincere practice, he got motivated to upgrade his skill and knowledge which took him to Malaysia. He spent 5 weeks of rigorous training at MY Zhineng Qigong (International) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in May 2009 under the supervision of many experienced chinese teachers lead by Laoshi Patricia Wong, a direct student of Professor Pang Ming, the founder of Zhineng Qigong. The course was designed by the co-founder of Zhineng Qigong Master Feng guan De of China. At the end of the course, in an assessment supervised by many teachers, he received an International certification as an Instructor in Zhineng Qigong. 

He has also received formal training in Cheng Man Ching – 37 taichi Short Form since 2004 from his teacher in Bangalore, India.

Ever since the completion of his formal taining as a teacher in Zhineng Qigong, Laoshi H.B.Muralidhara has been sharing his knowledge and experience with many people in Bombay to overcome their past and current sicknesses, prevent any future illnesses. Some of his students include heart patients, school teachers, engineers, cancer patients, visually challenged adults and many healthy people who want to be healthier.
