Laoshi H.B. Muralidhara started his own journey of Qigong–Taichi in 2004 to address his personal health issue.  He went to his good old martial teacher who taught him Qigong–Taichi.

Zhineng Qigong Level 1 (Basic)
‘Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down’
For beginners

 
Slow, detailed instructions on the movements

People practicing qigong can return to workshops for further practice
After the workshop, they can join a regular class.
   
 

After the first level workshop, the first level method, ‘Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down’, is practiced along with short methods for transforming and mixing the external energy of the universe that is all around us (hunyuan qi) with our own energy or qi.
After the workshop on standing position meditation, the ‘Three Centers Merging Standing Posture’ method as well as ‘Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down’ is practiced in the class.  A few smaller modules like ‘Chen chi, La chi’ are also taught to enhance ones qi level.

   
 

Zhineng Qigong Level 2 (Advanced) Body & Mind Method’

 

Body & Mind Method (Xing Shen Zhuang) - This is the basic form of the Level 2 practice, comprising 10 steps. It works with the internal chi within the body, to open joints and meridians and accumulate Hun Yuan (universal) chi throughout the whole body, from skin to bone. It is a discipline designed to unite the mind with the body and enhance the mind's ability to command the body, thereby integrating mind and body.

   
 

Must

 

A group of 10 to 15 people is required to hold a 15 to 20 hours of basic course spread over either week ends or at a stretch if the week end culminates with two or more public holidays. 

The second option for the course is for the participants to assemble in a close by resort and train as a residential course.

Once the course is over, it is important to carry on personal practice regularly for effective and maximum benefits.  Besides, a series of group practices for at least a month is essential before the formal completion of the course.  No fee is charged for group practice.

Lose and comfortable cotton T-shirt and track pant.
A pair of slip-on walking shoes
A portable chair (can be provided on request on a cost basis)

   
 

Course Fee & Duration

 
Level I

15-20 hours training including theory & practice, 5 group practice sessions, assessment. 
Rs. 12,000 per person.  (A minimum of six months of regular practice is essential before taking up level II.)

Level II

15-20 hours training including theory & practice, 5 group practice sessions, assessment.
Rs. 12,000 per person (150 hours of practice essential before graduating to level II).
